Cabin views were great. The trip to the cabin was a little tricky. We enjoyed the fireplace very much. The hot tub felt wonderful but seemed to have a lot of bleach smell to it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved the cabin! The decor, amenities and location were superb! And your team was very friendly, informative and easy to work with. The area of Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg was very entertaining. We also enjoyed the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Tuckaleechee Caverns! Your advice on the mountain roads were well heeded. We did find the Find My Friends App on our phones did have the roads on the way up the mountain well identified, which aided with directions. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Awesome stay! Everything was clean, it had an amazing view. Hot tub was excellent. Easy to travel to and had friendly people surrounding us. Power went off due to a thunderstorm but was quickly turned back on! Jacuzzi did not work, but that was all I found wrong!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your cabin (Afterglow). We are very glad the agent suggested this cabin it had a lot of privacy and was very well maintained. The staff was fantastic, the gentleman that came to look at our hot tub was very friendly and it had no problems. The cabin was very clean and very well stocked. It had coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, blender, silverware, dishwasher soap, washer and dryer (that my wife loved having), the bedding was was clean and very comfortable.

We have rented from Timber Tops prior and once again we were not disappointed. The cabin was just as beautiful as the photo. Our complaints are: 1. We realize that the cabin is independently owned, however at $220 per night, I should not have felt that I was eating breakfast off of the same type of dishes/flatware/glasses, as I did when in a college dorm. These items need to be updated. Coffee mugs are terribly scratched, there was only one wine glass (however we made do with he champagne flutes), flatware is mixed and matched. 2. Housekeeping needs to dust spiderwebs at the tops of the high windows. 3. We were there when the water went out on Panther Way. It would have been nice to have been updated by telephone when the water came back on. We left for the day and had to call to see if we would have had water upon our return.

Cabin was perfect, views were very nice, and the property for the After Glow was quite nice - especially with the turn around - lots of ground. I would recommend two things. The bedding linens are very worn out - mattress cover was actually torn up - sheets were thin and the blanket was frayed and had small holes in it - they need to be updated. Also, there needs to be more hooks to hang jackets, and other items up when you enter the door or in the rooms. There is also no place to hang clothes that we brought on hangers - possibly a small closet in bathroom or at least a bar of some sort to hang such items. Other than that, it was remarkable.

Excellent stay! Property (Afterglow) was great. Not that it was a big impact on the stay, but a couple of items to note on the property: 1. The shower was slow to drain (worth fixing the next time a plumber is in area). 2. The blender pitcher leaked at the bottom.

Our stay was just as expected. Cabin was very clean and well kept. All the info supplied before hand was a huge help and we really appreciated the xplorie app for making reservations and discounts on shows. Only complaint would have to be the unwillingness to speak to us by the receptionist at the main office upon arrival. The young lady was rude and not willing to answer any questions. Her only comment was to look at the info that was sent by Timber Tops. Very unprofessional in welcoming your guest in our opinion.

We love afterglow. However it is time to redo All bedding. We bring our own bedding because sheets are thin and bedspread is several years old and limp. Bed skirt barely there. We pay at least 200 a night everyone we come. I think better bedding is important. Nicer sheets and a freshly washed coverlet would be awesome! Also need a vcr in living room. We love the view and secluded privacy.

Great vacation. Awesome view. A few minor recommendations. The bedroom is cramped with the tub being next to the queen size bed. It turned me in to a bit of a contortionist to get in and out of that side of the bed. The bed mattress needs replacing...unless you like slowly being drawn to the center of the bed :-). Water pressure made the shower unusable. However, I would still book this cabin again. Great location and view!

Afterglow was an amazing place. It had an excellent view and very romantic. Check in was very easy, but the route to the cabin was a little confusing. After a while we got it down and it was very easy. The only problem was that we found a huge spider inside the cabin. Other than that we loved our stay and would definitely go back.

The cabin was very nice, clean and private with a great view. However, terrible water pressure from shower. I have long hair and had to stick my head under faucet to wash it and use a glass to fill up and rinse off my body. It was very tedious and time consuming. I would not recommend this cabin if you desire a nice shower after a long day like I do.

The staff was awesome and very accommodating. We also had called about the water pressure at the cabin and a maintence guy was at our cabin within a couple of hours. He told us the pressure was normal for that cabin because it shares a well with the cabin next to it. I would like to see the cabin 'Afterglow" have more water pressure. The view was awesome!!!
