This incredible museum features more than 90 muscle cars from the 50s, 60s, and 70s, as well as 5,000 museum treasures! This is a unique opportunity to explore one of the largest and most incredible collections of American-made cars in the nation. Floyd Garrett’s Muscle Car Museum is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and is located at 320 Winfield Dunn Parkway in Sevierville.

For those folks who love cars and the movies, one of the best Smoky Mountain attractions is the Hollywood Star Cars Museum! While taking a tour through this amazing museum, you will enjoy a trip through memory lane with some of the most famous movies and television shows of the last 50 years! Some of the vehicles you will see on display include the General Lee from the Dukes of Hazzard, the Ghostbusters Ecto-1, and the Batmobile from the 1966 Batman TV show! To add to the excitement, the Hollywood Stars Museum displays the cars in recreated settings complete with lights, sound and action! The museum is open daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is located at 914 Parkway in Gatlinburg.

3. Alcatraz East Crime Museum

This museum is interesting to car enthusiasts because it is home to the actual White Ford Bronco that carried a frantic O.J. Simpson during the famous televised car chase! The Alcatraz East Crime Museum is also home to the VW Bug owned by Ted Bundy, the most notorious serial killer in history. The tan 1968 Volkswagen Beetle provided some of the key evidence in Bundy’s murders and an investigation of the car led to charges that were filed against him. The museum is located at 2757 Parkway in Pigeon Forge and is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
