Built around real wildlife encounters, this cabin puts bears front and center of the stay. Cozy Bear Lodge earns its name honestly: a mother bear and her cubs are known to pass through the yard, so guests keep a respectful distance from the deck rail and watch the show unfold from a safe spot. The three level cabin runs 1,910 square feet with three king bedrooms, three full baths, and a game room stacked with a pool table, arcade cabinet, and pub table. A cabin where the wildlife shows up almost as often as the guests. Partial mountain views open up wide once the leaves drop in the colder months, and covered decks on every level give plenty of room to watch for the next bear to wander by. It sleeps 12 comfortably, an easy fit for two or three families who want space to spread out without giving up the shared game room downstairs.

Setting & Neighborhood:

Set into a wooded hillside in Gatlinburg, this cabin backs up to trees where bears come and go on their own schedule, no feeding required to see the show. The main level opens to a deck with a swing and seating; the hot tub sits under cover on its own deck, screened from the wind but open to the trees. In the colder months, the bare canopy lets a partial mountain view stretch out past the hillside.
