Top 4 Pigeon Forge Attractions for Kids

Pigeon Forge is one of the most popular vacation destinations for families with children. One reason for this is because of all the things for kids to do in the area. No matter what age group your child is in, there are going to be things that will keep them entertained. Here are the 4 best Pigeon Forge attractions for kids:

1. Pigeon Forge Snow

There is nothing greater than the joy on a child’s face when they wake up early in the morning to see snow on the ground. They immediately start asking to go outside to build a snowman and make snow angels. What if there was a place where kids could play in the snow 365 days a year? At Pigeon Forge Snow, that is exactly the case. No matter what the weather is like outside, you can enjoy a winter wonderland at the indoor snow park. They have a huge hillside that is filled with snow tubing hills where people of all ages can race their way to the bottom! For younger children, there is a large snow play area where they can have a snowball fight or just relax in the snow. The best thing about Pigeon Forge Snow is the temperature inside is always between 60 and 70 degrees, so there is no reason to bundle up when you ride the slopes!

4. Rowdy Bear Ridge

Rowdy Bear If you are looking for a place that has many different activities for kids to enjoy, Rowdy Bear Ridge is a great option. At the amusement park, you will find four unique attractions for children to explore. One of the most popular things to do at Rowdy Bear Ridge is the outdoor tubing hill. Grab a tube and step onto the magic carpet conveyor belt that will take you to the peak. Once at the top, you will fly down the 500-foot slope at speeds over 35 miles per hour! Next, make your way over to the Power Coaster. This is a unique roller coaster ride because you can control the speed at which you travel through the ridge. After that, take a ride on North America’s first ever Alpine Flyer. This is a two-seat suspended coaster that will soar you through the park. Be sure you stay focused because throughout the ride you will be trying to shoot targets with a laser gun! Finally, test out your lumberjack skills with the Outdoor Axe Throw. Take aim and fling an axe to see if you can stick it to a bullseye painted in the middle of a piece of wood! All the activities at Rowdy Bear Mountain combine to make a fun afternoon for the entire family!
