Welcome to Cozy Bear Lodge! This beautiful 3-story, 1,910 sqft, 3 bedroom, 3 bath cabin sleeps 12 and is the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway. True to its name, Cozy Bear Lodge is regularly visited by several bears, including a momma bear with her little cubs—adding to the authentic wildlife charm of the area (please remember to stay at a safe distance, never approach or feed them, lock your car doors, and secure all food and trash to keep everyone safe!). It is the best cabin to see bears!

There is parking for 4 vehicles, easy entry into the cabin, high-speed WiFi, a relaxing hot tub, a fun game room, spacious decks, and partial mountain views that really open up during the colder months. Located in action-packed Gatlinburg, the cabin is just minutes from Anakeesta, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains National
Park—putting adventure, shopping, dining, and nature right at your doorstep!

Main Level:
The entry level features the living room, kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and access to the deck.
The living room offers comfortable leather furniture, including 2 sleeper sofas, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, a large HDTV, and access to the deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area offers plenty of seating where guests can enjoy a great meal.
The bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, access to the deck, and a full bath with tub/shower.
Step out onto the deck, relax in the swing or in one of the chairs, or spend some spa time in the soothing hot tub after a fun-filled day out while enjoying the view.
Enjoy a cook-out on the charcoal grill located just off the front porch.

Upper Level:
The upper level features 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
The bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, access to the covered upper deck with seating, and a private full bath with tub/shower.
Step out onto the upper deck from the bedroom and relax in the chairs while enjoying the view and sounds of nature.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a large game room, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, laundry facilities, and access to the lower deck.

The game area offers a pool table, arcade game, pub table, gas fireplace, large HDTV, a sleeper sofa, and access to the deck.
The bedroom offers a king bed, HDTV, access to the lower deck, and a full bath with tub/shower.
There is also a washer/dryer on this level for your convenience.
