Ober Lux has brand new Italian porcelain tiled showers, premium beds and bedding, top line granite, new decks, new hot tub, new high end appliances, new furniture, excellent off street parking for 5 vehicles, excellent location, good view, custom handrails and luxury lighting throughout. It has 3 suites with their own bathrooms, multiple fireplaces, and multiple living/lounge spaces. It has brand new outdoor furniture and a private lawn/yard.

Main Level:
The entry level of the cabin features a living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 king master bedroom with full bath, a separate half bath, access to the deck with seating, gas grill, beautiful mountain views and watching the ski-lift pass right over-head.
The open concept living room features plush leather furniture, a large flat-screen HDTV, a gas fireplace and access to the deck.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom island and all the cookware and tableware you need to make meal preparations a breeze! The dining room table offers seating for 6 and an additional 4 at the bar to enjoy your culinary masterpiece.
After a long day sightseeing retire to the bedroom on this level. The master bedroom feature a king size bed, flat screen HDTV and an attached bath with walk-in shower.

Step out onto the spacious deck and take in the breathtaking mountain views! Grill a family favorite on the gas grill, enjoy your morning coffee relaxing in one of the comfortable deck chairs or enjoy a bite to eat at the outdoor dining table.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a sitting area, wet bar/TV area and 2 bedrooms. The sitting area offers luxurious leather furniture, gas fireplace and a large HDTV. The wet bar area offers seating for 2, wet bar with fridge and dishwasher and a large HDTV.
The 2 bedrooms on this level each offers a queen bed, HDTV and ensuite full bath with walk-in shower.

After a busy day out in the Smokies, step out into the PRIVATE yard where you can bubble your stress away in the large hot tub or sit back in the adirondack chairs while enjoying the amazing mountain view.

All Ober Lux Chalet guests are eligible to enjoy the privileges of Chalet Village Owner's Club which includes the use of all 3 convenient Chalet Village Clubhouses with pools, baby pools, pool tables, and two tennis courts, complete with snack bars to enjoy a full day of sun. These are all located on Ski Mountain, pools are open May - September and are only available to Chalet Village Guests. Please see Guest Services at check in for location map and ask for your guest pass. This pass is required for access.
